Arthur and Kathy McLaughlin founded Mediaspot in 1991 in order to build a media service that could more effectively apply technology and service to build brands and client success.
Arthur has a B.A. in Physics and Mathematics from Swarthmore College and holds two post graduate degrees: a Master of Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. from the Wharton Graduate School of Business.
Kathy has extensive experience in planning, buying, and account management across multiple categories including entertainment, retail, consumer-packaged goods, and restaurant chains. Kathy’s media insights have been cited in The Wall Street Journal and Crain’s Business.
Tamiko has extensive experience in entertainment and financial services. She is also responsible for staffing and training.
Prior to joining Mediaspot, Anne worked in strategy and corporate development for Veritone, a disruptive AI start up. She also spent time in both a financial and strategic capacity at Quiksilver and Gerson Lehrman Group. Before corporate life, Anne competed as a professional tennis player on the ITF and WTA tennis tours.
Anne has a B.A. in Psychology from Stanford. and an M.B.A from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Mediaspot, Erin was a Senior Buyer at Starcom Worldwide where she bought for Disneyland and Buena Vista Pictures. Erin’s media experience also includes TN Media and Ground Zero, for clients such as Chrysler, Jeep and California Tobacco Control.
Prior to joining Mediaspot, Dan was a Digital Media Manager at MEC, a WPP company, where he worked on digital media campaigns for Amgen LegalZoom.com, Invisalign and Singapore Airlines.
Prior to joining Mediaspot, Debbie was a Senior Buyer at MediaCom where she bought for clients such as Audi, Volkswagen and Mervyn’s. Debbie’s media experience also includes accounts such as Target, Mervyn’s, Jack in the Box, Home Depot and Subway.
Prior to joining the Mediaspot team, Gail was VP/Associate Broadcast Director at Zenith Media where her client list included Verizon Wireless and the Lexus Dealer Association, among others.
Gail’s career also includes media management responsibilities for Western Regional Chrysler and Jeep Dealer Association as VP, Group Broadcast Supervisor for TN Media.
Prior to joining Mediaspot, Daisy worked in the Global Wealth Management division at Smith Barney.
Prior to Mediaspot, Jennifer managed market research and promotion for a variety of clients including Oldsmobile/General Motors, American Honda and Econo Lube N Tune.
Prior to joining Mediaspot, Melissa spent 10 years at iHeartMedia.
Melissa has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine
